The Cardiff Half Marathon takes place next weekend (4 October), which means road closures and likely congestion around much of the city. In fact, the road closures will start to be put in place in the Civic Centre area from 5am on Wednesday (30 September) to allow the race village and event infrastructure to be set up. The event starts at 10am, and there will be a rolling road closure in place from 9am until 1pm along the route. Their comedy adventures have been captured on film - mostly shot in Rhiwbina - and will be premiered at a free show in Ye Olde Butchers Arms on 16 September, along with sketches, stand-up comedy, and a raffle.
