Have your say on Welsh education in Cardiff
Cardiff Council is inviting residents to have their say on the future of Welsh‑medium secondary education. The Council wants to hear from parents and carers, learners, school staff and the wider community about what matters most to them when it comes to Welsh‑medium education in Cardiff. There will be in-person events in North Cardiff, including a drop-in session at Llanishen Hub on Thursday (19 February) and a public meeting at Lisvane Memorial Hall on Tuesday 24 February.

Rhiwbeina Primary School helping to mind the Sycamore Gap

Christmas memorial service at crematorium
There will be an ecumenical Christmas Memorial Service at the Wenallt Chapel at Thornhill Crematorium in Rhiwbina on Sunday 30 November at 11.30am. The 45-minute service, conducted by Rev Jason Tugwell, will include readings, poems and carols, with Deborah Morgan Lewis leading the singing. Everyone is welcome to attend. Tree planting dates for Rhiwbina and North Cardiff
