The New Theatre, Cardiff, has today (Friday November 6th) announced a batch of new shows for 2021, and tickets are now available.
Theatres remain closed due to the covid-19 pandemic, but a spokesperson for the New Theatre said: “We at The New Theatre in Cardiff have been working hard to ensure you are welcomed back into a safe, inviting environment when we can open our doors again.”
Newly announced shows include:
Richard O’Brien’s legendary rock ‘n’ roll musical, The Rocky Horror Show: 3rdMay – 8th May 2021; tickets £26 -£50.
The Gruffalo’s Child – Tall Stories’ enchanting adaptation of the much-loved picture book by Julia Donaldson and Axel Scheffler: 20th May – 23rd May 2021; tickets £11.50-£15.50 .
Burn the Floor, Starring Kevin Clifton from TV’s Strictly Come Dancing: 27th June 2021; tickets £39-£49.
Igglepiggle, Upsy Daisy, Makka Pakka and friends in a fun-filled live show In the Night Garden Live: Igglepiggle’s Busy Day: 31stJuly – 1st August 2021: tickets £19- £45.50.
The Osmonds – a new musical telling the story of the five brothers from Utah who were pushed into the spotlight as children and went on to create smash hits decade after decade: 14th–18th Sept 2021; tickets £15 – £40.
