A fan of Rhiwbina Info has sent us this advert from the 1968 Glamorgan County Cricket Club Yearbook.
Popsie Boutique was owned by Joan Lewis, wife of Glamorgan captain, Tony.
Located at 3b Beulah Road, the boutique stocked the most fashionable late ’60s designs and promised “you will find the unusual and pleasantly unexpected in the world of fashion”.
Does anyone have any memories (or even photos) of the boutique?
Our correspondent added that they think the former radio and television personality of that time Maureen Staffer also had a shop in Rhiwbina (or possibly Whitchurch) around that time.
