A North Cardiff cycle club is among 14 community sports clubs across the city which have benefitted from Cardiff Council grants to improve their facilities.
Whitchurch Cycling Club has 111 youth group members aged 6-17.
Working in collaboration with Coryton Primary School, the club aims to construct a natural-feel all-weather mountain bike pump trail and skills loop.

In total, £200,000 has been awarded through the scheme, which was delivered in partnership with Cardiff Met Sport.
Other projects funded include improving pitch and changing facilities, a new minibus, and installing floodlights to enable winter training.
