Land at the seventh hole of Whitchurch Golf Club in Rhiwbina is up for sale.
The 2.65-acre plot is being sold for potential development, as the club plans to reconfigure its course, making this area surplus to requirements.

The land is on the market through Savills, whose website states:
"The property available for sale comprises a broadly triangular-shaped parcel of greenfield land extending to approximately 2.65 acres (1.074 ha).
"The property previously formed the 171 yard, par 3, hole 7 and has a moderate incline from north to south. It has now been declared surplus by Whitchurch Golf Club and following the sale of the property, the course will be reconfigured to maintain and improve the 18 hole course".
The plot is for sale freehold with vacant possession, with offers invited subject to planning. Expressions of Interest are being sought by midday on Friday 10 October.
There's more information on the Savills website here.
Earlier this year, we reported how a much smaller plot of land in Rhiwbina sold for £140,000.
Whitchurch Golf Club was established more than a century ago and, despite its name, lies within the ward of Rhiwbina.
