The CF14 postcode, which includes Rhiwbina, Birchgrove, Llanishen, and Whitchurch, is the most popular place to move to in Cardiff, according to new data.
House-moving comparison site Compare My Move reports that a fifth of all movers to CF postcodes in 2023 moved to CF14.
According to the report, which has been shared on Wales Online, the CF postcode area overall has been popular with movers in recent years due to its transport links, including direct trains to London and easy access to the M4.
And within the CF area, CF14 is the most popular postcode, accounting for more than 20% of moves to Cardiff.
CF14 includes Rhiwbina, Whitchurch, Birchgrove, Heath, Llanishen, Thornhill, Lisvane, Gabalfa, and Llandaff North.
