Stewart Lee brings his highly anticipated new show to Cardiff next week, when he shares the stage with a tough-talking werewolf comedian who hates humanity.

In Stewart Lee vs The Man-Wulf (at the New Theatre, Tuesday 16 to Saturday 20 September), his adversary lays down a ferocious comedy challenge to the culturally irrelevant and physically enfeebled Lee.

Can the beast inside us all be silenced with the silver bullet of Lee's critically acclaimed style of stand-up? There's only one way to find out.

After a celebrated return to the UK last Christmas, this multi award-winning show is back, with its scruffy troupe of fools taking audiences on a spellbinding adventure, unleashing full-throttle madness amid enchanting, contemplative moments.

Slava’s SnowShow is described as "a cavalcade of chaos and charm" that invites you to leave the everyday behind and indulge in pure, tender delight, which sounds like something many of us could use.

🎭 Following the truly excellent Murder on the Orient Express earlier this year, another epic Agatha Christie Poirot case from the same writer/ director team, Ken Ludwig and Lucy Bailey, is heading to town, with Death on the Nile (Tuesday 25 - Saturday 29 November).

Joining the previously announced Mark Hadfield as legendary Belgian sleuth Hercule Poirot, will be Glynis Barber (always fondly remembered from TV's Dempsey and Makepeace, and more recently a familiar face from EastEnders, Emmerdale, and Hollyoaks) as Salome Otterbourne and Bob Barrett (from TV's Holby City and that superb Orient Express production) as Poirot’s trusted friend, Colonel Race.

The action is set on a luxurious cruise ship under the heat of the Egyptian sun, when a couple’s idyllic honeymoon is cut short by a brutal murder.

🎭 Looking ahead to January, Tom Chambers (winner of TV's Strictly Come Dancing and Inspector Edgar Sullivan in Father Brown) plays Inspector Morse in House of Ghosts (Tuesday 27 - Saturday 31 January 2026).

He is joined by actor and rapper Tachia Newall as Detective Sergeant Robert Lewis, bringing a fresh dynamic to the much-loved detective duo.

They investigate a chilling mystery when a young actress suddenly dies on stage during a performance, and they uncover a connection to sinister events in Morse's past, 25 years earlier.
