Simon and Lisa Edwards opened the Rhiwbina office in 2008 – during the last recession. Although some said they were mad to do so, they haven’t looked back.
Simon was raised in Rhiwbina and went to Rhiwbeina Primary, so the Edwards roots run deep in the local community.
That is shown by their support for so many local events, including sponsoring the Rhiwbina Festival and providing the Christmas lights. They also run the popular Edwards & Co Rhiwbina Neighbourhood Watch page on Facebook, and we’re delighted to welcome them as supporters of Rhiwbina Info too.
The company has now grown to become one of North Cardiff’s largest and most successful estate agencies – an achievement which it attributes to a very experienced and personable team, the quality of its professional video tours and photography, its saturation advertising on the most successful portals and media outlets, and, probably most importantly of all, the recommendations of satisfied clients to fellow vendors and landlords.
