Cardiff Council summer support for young people after exams

North Cardiff parents who have a child anxiously awaiting the outcome of their As A-Levels on 14 August and GCSE exams on 21 August can be reassured - help is at hand.
Cardiff Council is offering a programme of support for young people aged 16-24 to help them consider what they want to do next. A range of events, resources, and guidance about education, employment, or training are available.

The "What's Next?" website is a one-stop shop for young people, offering regularly updated opportunities in careers advice, apprenticeships, work experience, further and higher education and work www.whatsnextcardiff.co.uk
Into Work Advice Service are offering a summer programme of employment, education and training events for young people, including a mentoring service. Into Work will also hold Results Day Support with dedicated advisors across all hubs and online https://www.intoworkcardiff.co.uk/
Dedicated support will also be available across the city on results days from Cardiff's Youth Service.
