Congratulations to Mari Williams of Rhiwbina, who has been selected as the Labour Party’s prospective Parliamentary candidate for Cardiff North.
Mari, who lives in Rhiwbina, went to Llanishen Fach Primary School and Whitchurch High School. She is a Welsh speaker and history teacher, whose talents include open-water swimming, long-distance cycling and singing in a choir.
“It is a great honour to be selected to represent the people of Cardiff North for Labour at the general election in 2015, ” she said. “Even more so given this is the constituency where I grew up.”
