Rhiwbina is a happy place to live!

Rhiwbina is one of the best places in the Cardiff area, according to a new “happiness map”.

The map records happiness hot-spots, as people take a survey to record how safe, peaceful and convenient they find their location.

Rhiwbina councillor Adrian Robson is quoted as saying: “It’s a very strong community, there is a lot going on and I find in Rhiwbina if people think of something they try to make it happen.”
