Shapewell Health and Fitness is opening a new gym in Rhiwbina.
The gym, which will be near the former Monico Cinema site, will open initially for personal training clients in early February.
“I am then giving a free taster session to make sure it’s what they want,” explained Cath Jenkins of Shapewell. “If it’s not, they can tell me why and I can improve on it over the coming months.
“It will be a gym with a ‘personal’ touch as it is fairly small and used mainly for personal training. I am going to keep a small and personal membership with a booking system so when you are training you will get my watchful eye, training tips, programs and diet info too.”
